- Chop the cabbage finely. I have used a chopper.
- In a chopper add ginger, green chillies and coriander and chop finley.
- In a big bowl mix carrits, cabbage and coriander mixture. Add all masalas and salt.
- Add wheat flour and mix well.Add little water and make a tight dough. Grease it with oil.
- Take some dough and roll into little thick roti and cook on a pan by applying some ghee or oil. Cook nicely from both the sides. Cook on medium flame.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup, pickle or cup of tea.
