- Add mustard oil to the second pan. Add cumin, cinnamon, bay leaves, cardamom to the oil. Then add tomato paste. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder to the paste. And cook 3-4 minutes.
- Add onion paste after 4 minutes. Cook the paste 5-6 minutes, add fried jackfruit after 4 minutes. Mix well and cook 1-2 minutes. Add 1/2 glass of water after 2 minutes. Allow to cook for 2 minutes or more.
- Add garam masala after 2 minutes. And turn off the gas. Serve hot with rice or roti.
