  22. Take 1/4 tsp orange red food colour
  23. Make ready 1/4 tsp ajinomoto/MSG

Steps to make Chilli Garlic Chicken Salami:

  1. Make a paste of boneless chicken cubes and mix all the listed ingredients.Mash well and divide into two rolls.Set in a double layered aluminium foil.Roll and secure ends tightly.Dip in boiling water and boil for 25 minutes in medium flame.
  2. Cool and refrigerate. Cut into desired slices.Make a batter of cornflour,maida,1 tsp soya and green chilli sauce,salt to taste and orange red food colour.Heat oil.Dip the sliced salami in batter and fry till crispy.Set aside.
  3. Slit green chillies.Cube capsicum,tomato and onion with petals separated.Fry the green chillies and set aside.Fry garlic golden brown.Stir fry bell pepper,tomato and onion.Add the fried salami and remaining slurry.Add remaining soya sauce,green chilli sauce and tomato sauce.Add salt to taste and 1/2 tsp sugar.Add vinegar and ajinomoto and a pinch more of food colour
  4. Toss and add 1/4 th cup water.The gravy should coat the salami.Serve hot Chilli Garlic Salami with Chinese fried rice or noodles.
