- Make ready 250 gm chicken breast boneless
- Take 2 green chillies
- Prepare 1 tsp black pepper Powder

- Wash and clean chicken pieces. Take a blender and put all the ingredients into it and make thick paste.
- Keep water for boiling. Now take the mixture and give the shape of cylinder and wrap it well in Aluminium foil. Wrap it like toffee (as shown in pics)
- Put this foil in boiling water. Boil it for 15-20mins on high flame and cover it. Foil should be covered with water. After 15 -20mins switch off the gas and leave it for another 10 to 15 mins.
- After it cools down open the foil and cut into slices.
- In a pan heat oil and fry the chicken salami slices(both sides) until golden brown.
- Serve with burger buns and enjoy!
