  1. Wash and soak chickpeas,rice and fenugreek seeds for 6 hours separately.
  2. Grind soaked chickpeas,rice, fenugreek seeds in mixer grinder to smooth paste with enough water. Pour batter in vessel. Cover and ferment for 6-8 hours.
  3. At the time of making dosa,add salt red chilli powder and carrom seeds powder, asafoetida. Mix well.
  4. Heat dosa griddle. Pour laddleful of prepared chickpeas dosa on it. Spread in circular motion toward edge. Sprinkle ghee. Roast on medium flame till crispy golden brown.
  5. Flip and cook another side till crispy. Similarly prepare all chickpeas dosas
