- Get 100 g water leaf
- Get 150 g ugwu leaf
- Take 1 kg goat meat
- Prepare 150 g stock fish
- Take 200 g soft kpomo
- Take 6 pcs pepper
- Get 1 medium bulb onion
- Prepare 2 cooking spoon palm oil
- Take 6 maggi cubes
- Prepare Spices

Steps to make Vegetable soup:
- Wash, drain and cut your vegetables then keep aside.
- Wash your meat, stock fish and kpomo, cut the kpomo into smaller sizes, put all in a pot, add 3 maggi cube, spices, diced onions, salt and cook until soft and water almost drained.
- Add your crayfish, dawadawa, palm oil, and stir. Add your water leaf and cover the pot, allow to cook for 3 minutes then stir and add your remaining cubes, add your ugwu leaf and cover the pot, allow to cook for a minute and stir, add salt to taste and allow to simmer for 30 seconds then turn off the heat.
- Serve with rice or any swallow of your choice.
