- Prepare Waterleaf
- Prepare Stockfish(optional)

- Boil meat, stockfish kpomo and dry fish till cooked, wash and cut ugu leaves and waterleaf.
- In the stock(meat, stockfish,dry fish,kpomo) add palm oil,allow to boil then include waterleaf in the meat stock and add crayfish, pepper, Maggi and a little salt to the stock.
- When it boils a little, then you check for taste then add ugu leaf and allow to simmer for few minutes then you check for taste again and bring down.
- Serve with fufu, poundo or any other swallow.
