- I had my peas, carrots and potatoes slightly pre boiled so that I can save time. Heat a sufuria, add oil, onions, garlic and ginger mix and the capsicum and stir to avoid them from sticking till the scent of garlic is reduced.
- Add tomato paste and carrots and let hem further soften.
- Pour in your tomatoes, add water to form the broth then drop in the potatoes and bring to boil. When the potatoes are tender reduce the heat and add the rest of the vegetables (peas,French beans). Allow a few minutes simmer then turn off the heat. Add your drops of vinegar and salt to taste. Serve and enjoy your soup.
