Steps to make Sauced fried chicken:
- Mix the ingredients of the marinade and marinate overnight
- Mix all ingredients of flour except the egg for the flour mix
- Post marination remove the excess marinate into a bowl and add the eggs into the mix and stir well
- Heat oil in a large pan for deep frying.
- To coat the chicken. First mix it into the flour then dip it in the egg wash and then again into the flour.
- Add the coated chicken into the oil and fry till golden brown

- Grind the whole chillies and ginger garlic paste to make a fine paste
- Take the tomatoes and grind it to the paste
- Separate 3 tbsp of used oil into a different pan and add the chilli paste and fry till it changes to a dark red colour
- Add the to fried paste the tomato puree and mix well
- Once the puree is cooked add 2 tbsp chilli sauce 1 tbsp vinegar
- Add salt and aginomoto to the mix
- When the paste dries add 3 tbsp of the flour mix along with 2 cups of water and stir well till cooked
- Once the paste thickens add the fried chicken to the paste or separate it in a bowl and serve seperately
