  1. Make ready 250 gms veggies (cauliflower,potatoes,beans,carrot,green peas)

  3. Prepare 2 tsp ginger garlic paste

  5. Get 5-6 green chillies
  6. Get 1 tsp turmeric powder
  7. Get 2 tsp garam masala
  8. Take 1 cup vegetable stalk or 1 cube of stalk
  9. Make ready as required Coriander for garnish
  10. Get 100 gms paneer
  11. Make ready to taste Salt
  12. Take 1/2 cup ghee
  13. Get 1 tbsp coriander powder
  14. Get 100 grams roasted cashews and raisins
  15. Take 2-3 bay leaves

Steps to make Veg and paneer rice:

  1. Take a pan, pour ghee in it and saute onions in it till it gets tender, then ginger garlic paste and crushed green chillies, after that put all dry powders. When all dry powders get roasted, put tomatoes in it, saute it till it get mushy, then put the diced vegetables and cook till half cooked then put washed and strained biryani rice and saute it in Masala for 2-3 secs then put double amount of water of the rice.
  2. Cook it, for approx 20 mins with closed lid and at last when the rice and veggies get cooked, drizzle some ghee over the rice and garnish it with fried paneer, coriander leaves, roasted dry fruits
  3. Serve it with cucumber raita, pickle and papad.
