  21. Make ready 2 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions to make Vegetable Chop:

  1. Chop all vegetables. Heat oil in a kadhai.
  2. Then add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste cook for 2 minutes, then add all vegetables and boiled potato cubes, add salt to taste, add turmeric powder, chopped green chilli, cumin powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder mix well. Cook for 5 minutes, then mash all vegetables in a masher.
  3. Then add coriander leaves, peanuts, raisins mix it thoroughly and cook few minutes then keep aside for cooling, make a batter for coating, in a bowl add flour, cornstarch add 1/2 cup of water mix well. In a plate spread the semolina, then make 20 balls of the mixture, make a cylinder shape deep into the batter then roll it over the semolina.
  4. For frying heat oil in a kadhai deep fry the vegetable chop till golden brown in colour, serve hot with tomato sauce and onion.
