- Take mixing bowl for kneading dough add all purpose flour and oil and start kneading by adding water in part keep the dough hard and keep for 15 minutes by covering with cloth. Next, make slurry a smooth paste of all purpose flour or cornflour with adding ghee it should be very smooth paste which we are going to apply on sheets.
