  2. Prepare Egusi (melon seed/agushi)

  3. Sprinkle agushi according to how thick you want your soup to be, and allow to cook well.
  4. Add up your fish and allow for few minutes
  5. Add the shredded alaihu and red oil, allow to simmer for less than 5 min
  6. Serve with semo, tuwo or rice.
