- Get 300 gms pasta
- Make ready 2 tsp Oil
- Prepare 1 tsp jeera / cumin seeds
- Prepare 1 tsp mustard seeds / rai
- Get 1 tsp garlic paste
- Take 1 onion (medium)
- Prepare 1 carrot (small)
- Take 2 tsp soya sauce
- Get Few cubes of chicken (marinated in ginger garlic paste and salt)
- Take 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- Prepare 1 tsp chilli flakes
- Take 1 tsp oregano
- Make ready 1 tsp salt
- Prepare 1/2 tsp sugar
Steps to make Desi Pasta:
- First, boil the pasta by adding little salt in it.
- Meanwhile in a pan heat oil add jeera, rai, garlic paste and onion, saute till onion is translucent. Add chicken cubes in it and saute for 5-10 mins on low flame.
- Now add tomatoes and saute till soft. Next add carrot, sauce soya, tomato sauce, chilli flakes, oregano and salt and mix well.
- Lastly add pasta to it and mix well.
- Tip- Do not add oil in pasta while cooking or even after straining. Coz adding oil to pasta causes the masala to not stick to the pasta.
