  1. Cooker ma Murgh 2 glass water and salt dal k cover Kar k medium flame per rakh dain. (Ma cooker use krti hun pan ma b Kar sakte hyn)
  2. Pan ma oil dalein Onion slices fry karein golden brown ho Jain tu utar dain.
  3. Blender ma fry onion, garlic cloves,ginger 2 green chillies and tomatoes slices thora sa water dal k blend kar lain.
  4. 3 minutes whistle chale tu cooker stove se utar lain. Dhakan utar dain. yakhni bowl ma nikal lain.
  5. Ab bay leaf aur whole spices dalein Cook karein.
  6. Add Blended mixture and oil cook well.
  7. Red chilli powder, crushed coriander, crushed Cumin, turmeric powder, black seeds and black pepper dal k achy se cook karein.(salt mene yakhni ma dal Diya tha).
  8. Jab gosht achy se cook ho jye oil chor dy yakhni aur jitna water required ho dal k cover Kar k cook hony dain.
  9. Jb required Shorba rah jye. Tu coriander chopped aik sabit hari mirch aur aik slice kar k dalein.
