  4. Knead well until forms cohesive ball if dough is too sticky add little flour and if too dry add ghee or warm water until smoothly
  5. Apply oil on your dough then cover it and let rest 1 hour
  6. Make 12 small balls, put some flour to the surface place then put 1 ball and start rolling the thick you like and add one teaspoon off melted gheen then fold and put aside for
