- Soak the rice for 5 minutes and then drain and keep it
- In a cooking pot add 3 tablespoon ghee and add whole spice in medium heat
- And then add rice and sauté well
- After 5 to 8 minutes add water and required salt close the lid and keep it on medium low heat
- And let the rice cook
- In between check whether the water is absorbed
- Once the water is absorbed add fried big onions, roasted cashews and raisins and add remaining ghee and close the lid for 8 to 10 minutes in very low heat
- Now the rice is ready to serve
