  1. Prepare rice by adding 1 tsp of oil so that rice be fluffy and spread it into plate.
  2. Take a pan dry fry pepper, cumin and red chilli on low flames, till you get nice aroma.
  3. Let the above cool and grind it into coarse powder.
  4. Now in the same add ghee and add mustard seeds once it start splutters add urad, chana dal and cashew nuts fry it till changes colour then cumin seeds, hing add red and green chilli, curry leaves fry everything well.
  5. Now add roughly chopped onion and salt fry till it changes colour.
  6. Now add coarsely powdered pepper powder mix everything well.
  7. Add cooked rice to the above and 1/2 tsp of ghee. Saute everything well and garnish with coriander leaves.
  8. Yummy, spicy and flavoured ghee pepper rice is ready to serve.
