- Add all the ingredients to a bowl except the last three to prepare a marinade for the whole Chicken. Make cuts in it to allow the marinade to coat it well inside out. Cover and refrigerate overnight until use.
- Preheat your oven on 240° and set the timer to almost 60 minutes. After about 15 minutes of preheating, pop in the Chicken and the Vegetables.
- In an aluminium lined baking tray, arrange all the chopped Veggies at first. Now place the Chicken on the Rotisserie attachment and roast until crisp and done. Place the tray of Veggies beneath it.
