  4. Make a round kebab out of it
  5. In karahai add oil and ghee
  6. Fry the kebab gently
  7. Add thick potato slices in it and cook
  8. When it’s done add onions which are roughly cut
  9. Add salt red chilli green chillies and give it on dum enjoy
