- Heat ghee in a pressure cooker. Add saunf, cardamom, ginger garlic paste. Saute for few sec
- Add onion and saute it until it’s golden colour.Clean the rice. I had taken normal rice. You can also make it with basmati and pour into cooker add 5 cups water and salt Close the cooker. Whistle for 5
- In a frying pan add some ghee roast cashew and raisin keep aside.
- In a same pan or other frying pan add some ghee add curry leaves, coriander leaves and onion saute it until it’s colour turn brown
- Open the pressure cooker pour the onion tadka and nuts. Give a mix slowly.
- Serve with chicken or mutton gravy. If you are vegetarian serve with paneer curry.
