The ingredients needed to make Ghee Roast:

  1. Take 200 gm Idly rice
  2. Prepare 50 gm Urad dal
  3. Take to taste salt
  4. Take 1 tsp Fenugreek seeds
  5. Get as needed Water for grinding
  6. Take as needed Ghee

Instructions to make Ghee Roast:

  1. Soak rice and fenugreek seeds one bowl. And another bowl soak Urad dhall for 4 hours
  2. Take a grinder add rice and fenugreek seeds grind it first and keep aside. Secondly add the Urad dal and grind it.
  3. Add rice batter and Urad dal batter and whisk it and cover it and keep formentation for 8 hours.
  4. After formentation add salt to the batter mix it well.
  5. Take a tawa pour the batter and just spread this into thin dosa add ghee and flip cook others side also.
