The ingredients needed to make Ghee rice:
- Take 1.5 cup Basmati Rice
- Prepare 1 Cinnamon

- Ima Pressure Cooker heat a tbsp of ghee and add all the whole spices. Then add the rice and mix well. Add water and salt. Pressure cook for one whistle. Switch off, keep aside and let it cool.
- Heat another pan with a tbsp of ghee and fry the cashews and raisins. Add this to rice and serve with sprinkled fried onions and chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with some shahi veg or nonveg korma😋
- For making fried onions. Slice the onions thinly lengthwise and fry in oil or ghee until golden brown.
