Instructions to make Simple Upma:
- Take a pan and turn on gas on medium flame. Add Oil and heat it. And Fry Cashew and Groundnut and keep aside.
- Now add Mustard seeds and Urad Dal to oil. When it starts splutter, add Curry leaves, Chilli and Onions.
- Saute a little.
- When Onion becomes transperant add Rava. And roast it till it becomes pinkish brown.
- Now add Water and stir continuously on medium flame, till Rava absorbs water.
- Add salt, Lemon juice and Coriander leaves and fried cashew and Groundnut and mix well. Turn off flame. Upma is ready.
- Serve this hot and healthy Upma with tea or coffee.
