- Wash and slice 1/2 capsium. Add to bowl in one side. Add chicken. Add your choice of crunchy bits in the salad.
- Prepare dressing by mixing mayo, cream, thousand island, honey, spices into a bowl.
- Whisk until smooth. Add olive oil slowly and continue whisking until well combined.
- Drizzle dressing onto salad. Enjoy!
