  1. Get 1 burrata
  2. Get 75 g arugula
  3. Get Mixed tomatoes
  4. Make ready 75 g mixed toasted nuts

  3. Cut up tomatoes into different shapes for different textures.
  4. Lay arugula in the bottom of a deep plate and top with the tomatoes.
  5. Dress with a little oil from the sundried tomatoes and apple cider vinegar (try putting your vinegar in a spray bottle to dress your salads easily)
  6. Place Your homemade pesto mix in the middle of the plate and add the glorious burrata on the top of that. (It will be a delicious surprise hiding under there:))
  7. Drizzle the plate with the balsamic glaze and top with some coarse salt flakes and fresh pepper.
