- Make ready 1 kg desi ghee
- Take 220 grms almonds
- Make ready 100 garam from cashew
- Take 50 garam makhana
- Get 20 garam magaj
- Make ready 50 grms poppy seeds
- Take 400 garam sugar powder
Steps to make Desi Ghee Pinni:
- Heat 2 spoon desi ghee and roast dry fruits
- Let dry fruits Cool.down then grin them coarsely.
- Take another Kasai heat 1/2 kg desi ghee and add 1/2kg flour.
- Roast flour till it turns brown and sweet aroma start comming.as shown in picture
- Now add another 1/2 kg ghee and add another 1/2 kg flour. And roast them as above
- Let them cool down little not completely.
- Now dry fruits powder which we make above in this mixture
- Finally start making laddoo
- Note:- Make sure not to cool done flour completely so that you able to make laddo.
- Note:- you can store it for 2-3 mnths. In room temperature as well as in fridge.
