  1. Let’s take the pumpkin, peel it and chopped it and boil it until it get soft.
  2. Now take the oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, dry red chillies, pinch of asafoetida and sauté for a while. Now add finely chopped onion and cook it until onion get soft. Now add boiled pumpkin, samber masala, salt and mix it well.
  3. Now mesh the pumpkin and transfer into a bowl. When it get cold the add bread cbs and make a cutlet shape as per your choice. Now coat cutlet with the semolina and shallow fry them until golden brown.
