  2. Add them to a non stick frying pan as they are to be cooked on medium dry fried. Next slice the onion and add that to dry fry too with the sausage patè,s
  3. Add the pepper on top of the sausage patè leave to fry for 3 minutes then turn over and add more pepper to that side. Keep turning the onion rings around.
  4. Add the slices of Brie cheese on top of the patè until the other side is cooked 3 minutes each side. Then add under the grill for 2 minutes.
  5. Add under the grill.
  6. Slice the Tomatoes and add the mayo to the top bun. Add the Spinach to the bottom bun. Then add the patè,s and onions on top.
