  1. Mix all stuffing ingredients together and prepare with boil and Mashed Potatoes.
  2. Now prepare dough for fish Samosa.
  3. Take a mixing bowl and pour Maida, salt, oil, refined flour, ajwain and bind and mix together with water and form a Dough. Cover it and rest it for 10 mins.
  4. Now take a Dough and roll it on the kitchen platform and make like a poori shape. Then on the middle of it add stuffing as shown in the fig. Just like a straight line. Apply little stuffing.
  5. Take a knife and cut it from the sides as shown in the fig and just fold it cross. At last for it’s tail just take a knife and mark like line. For it’s eye’s use cloves. Repet the same process with the rest.
  6. Now turn on the flame and pour sufficient amount of oil for deep frying. The oil must not be too hot. On a low flame fry the fish shape Samosa. It will take 20 mins to fry and crispy.
  7. At a time you can fry 6 to 7. If one side done then flip it to other side. Again fry other side, then it’s done serve it hot and with Chutney then enjoy.
