- Make ready 1 1/2 cup maida
- Get 1 cup wheat flour

- Take 1 cup soya granules (boiled and crushed)

- Prepare 1/2 tsp jeera
- Prepare as required Salt
Instructions to make Soya Samosa:
- FOR FILLING: Take oil in pan, add jeera. Add crushed soya granules. Add red chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt. Turn off the gas. Add onion, green chillies and mix well.
- FOR OUTER COVER: In a bowl, add wheat flour, salt, maida and knead dough using required water.
- Take 4 small portion from dough. Roll them individually. Apply oil and dry flour on each layer and stack them. Roll again. Cook it on regular tawa. Separate each layer.
- Make strips from prepared roti. Fill little amount of mixture.
- Make shape of samosa. Deep fry in oil.
- Serve with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
