- In a bowl, combine flour, salt and oil and water. Use your hands to mix together. Shape the dough in to ball, cut cooked dough circle into 4 quarters, ffold bottom half to the right. Use flour to paste, seal the fold
- In a pan, heat vegetable oil. Once hot put samosa in the pan.. Fr for about 5min… Flipping once u till light and golden brown, remove from oil and drain.. Server with tea, enjoy
