Instructions to make Samosa:

  1. Take a bowl, add plain flour, salt, cumin and mix well - Then add Ghee mix it and water as you required and knead it well (dough should not be soft) and cover with lid and rest it.
  2. Take a pan, add oil and then add onion and slightly fry it, then add green chilli stir it well, then add salt, red chilli powder, ajwain, coriander seeds and stir it well and then add boiled potato and mashed it well and stir it on medium flame for 5 minutes and then turn off the flame.
  3. Now make small balls of the dough and then take a ball and rolling it and cut it into two pieces and then place some potato stuffing and bind it with flour paste(add some water into plain flour and mix it) - Follow this and make all Samosas.
  4. Now take a karahi and add oil and preheated it normally not too hot. - After that deep fry them until they becomes into golden brown colour.
  5. Now our Samosas are ready, serve with Samosa chutney and enjoy😍
