- Make ready 2 cups maida
- Get 5 tsp oil or ghee

- Get 1/2 cup peas

Instructions to make Samosa:
- Take maida add ajwain oil and salt to it. Make a tight dough and cover it with wet cloth for 15-20 mins
- Take a wok add cumin seeds, ginger-garlic and green chilli paste then add peas to it and cook for 1-2 mins. Now add mashed potatoes and all dry masalas to it. Finally add coriander leaves. Let it cool
- Now divide the dough into equal parts and make it round by using a rolling pin then cut into halved make a cone and stick it with water fill the aaloo masala in it. Seal the outer layers properly with water. Keep it in the fridge for 15- 20 mins
- Fry the samosa in slow flame for 10-15 mins. Serve with chutney or ketchup
