  3. Take 1/4 tsp salt

  8. Prepare 1/4 cup grated carrot
  9. Get 1/4 cup tomato chopped by avoiding seeds

  12. Take 1 1 /2 tsp pepper powder
  13. Take As per taste Salt

  16. Prepare As required Oil for frying samosa

Instructions to make Toffee samosa:

  1. Take a bowl add maida,ghee and salt as required just mix them well.Then to this add water little by little to make a dough which is little tight.Keep this aside for 30 minutes.
  2. For filling take a pan add jeera, when it’s colour changes add onion.When onion becomes transparent add ginger garlic paste.
  3. When ginger garlic paste is cooked add carrot,capsicum,tomato chopped.Sort till their raw taste is gone.
  4. To this add eggs and mix and cook well.To this add garam masala,pepper powder and salt.
  5. For making samosa,take dough and mix again.Then take dough little more than lemon size and make round shape using roller.Divide to two parts.
  6. Take a part,make lines with knife at one side.Keep filling in centre and roll samosa.Press two sides so that filling does not come out.
  7. Fry samosa in medium oil
  8. Serve hot with chutney ketchup.
