- Add flour, oil,salt in a vessel and mix well and now add some water and a little hard dough.
- Heat oil in a pan,add cooked peas,mixed potato,turmeric,coriander powder,cumin seeds,green chilli,salt and fry for 2 mints. Mix green coriander and turn off gas.make small dough balls, flatten it and cut from the middel.
- Paste one part of the chapati with water.fill a mixture of potato peas.rub water and seal it.heat the oil in a pan,take the pan till the samosa is golden,potato peas is ready.
