- Next I have taken poha and grind into powder, mix this mixture into the onion stuffing and then switch of the flame and let it cool down completely.Take samosa patti.
- Fold the way you want and make slurry of all-purpose flour to stick next fill the stuffing and close it by pasting the slurry made of maida and prepare all samosa same way.
- Next take kadhai or deep pan for deep frying samosa fry till golden brown and serve this hot irani samosa with tomato ketchup or chutney
