  1. First soak rice in water for an hour, then boil them in cooker till one whistle.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add asafoetida and mustard seeds when they start sprinkle add chopped onions, bay leaves and dalchini. Fry them till onion get golden brown in colour.
  3. Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder and fry for 2 minutes. Add chopped green chilli and tomatoes and fry till oil start seperating. Add tomato sauce, soya sauce and chilli sauce. Fry for 2 minutes. Add paneer and fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Now add boiled rice, salt and mix well and cook for 5 minutes. Your chilli fried rice are ready. Serve hot, garnish it with onions and oregano.
