- Mix green coriander and turn off gas. Make small dough balls,flatten it and cut from the middle. Paste one part on the chapati with water. Fill a mixture of potato peas
- Rub water and seal it. Heat the oil in a pan take the pan till the samosa is golden.
- Samosa is ready.
