Take a cooker add oil or ghee,, add jeera and khade masale now add ginger,garlic, chili and onions tomatoes and all veggies(potatoes, carrot, beans, peas, capsicum, mushrooms, sweet corns)add soaked soya beans..now add salt, pepper,garam masala,amchur, coriander powder..and haldi..kasturi methi..and mix it well add paneer..
  2. Now add 2 spoon curd,,1 spoon ketchup,and half spoon achar masala..and give a quick mix. Now add rice..and mix.
  3. Now add 4 cups of water and mix well and add 2 lemon wedges. Now cover the cooker with lid and cook until 2 whistles on high flame and off the gas after 2 whistles. Enjoy with raita,achar or sabji.
