  1. Take 1 cup Maida,3spoon oil,salt,1/4 spoon Ajawain seeds,1/2cup water
  2. Take 2 boiled pototeos,1/2cup boiled peas beans,spices like 1/2spoon red chilli powder,1/4 spoon turmeric powder, salt as per taste,1/2spoon bkacpepper powder sabut 1/2spoon Coriander,1/4 Amchur powder

  4. Prepare Little bit green Coriander and taje two green chilli paste

Steps to make Samosa:

  1. Mix maida salt &oil and Knead dove with water and then dove keep aside for 15minutes
  2. Taje potatoes and remove the skin then mix withpeas beans &all spices
  3. Then take a dove and make a ball and make roti and cut it into center and take one part and filled stuffing and make triangle shape and then take a pan and take some oil and switch on the gas and deep fry all samosa till brown and now your samosa is ready to serve. Serve with chutney &tamarind chutney.
