  1. Take a bowl add maida carrom seeds, dalda ghee and mix it wellll
  2. Now add little by little water and prepare a tight dough
  3. Cover it and take rest for 30 min
  4. Now take a mixie jar and add all the ingredients of stuffing and grind it
  5. Then take a dough and make ball and roll it in a oval shape.
  6. Cut it in 2 equal parts. Cut one portion in equal strips(don’t cut the edges)
  7. Apply slurry in second portion and stick it on first one. And wait for 30 sec so both the layers are stick properly
  8. Apply water on backside of design on edges and fold it like cone.
  9. Cone is ready now fill it stuffing and apply water on inside portion and stick the outer edges.
  10. Now take a pan or kadhai add oil in it and heat it well
  11. Now add one by one samosa or fry it in a low flame only
  12. Turn ocassinally so that it become crispy from all sides
  13. Cone samosa is ready.. And serve with sauce or tea.. And also store it from 1 month.
