- Take 4 cups all-purpose flour

Steps to make Aloo Samosa:
- Heat all whole spices (1/2 tsp cumin seeds used here) for few minutes & grinding it.
- Heat a woke with oil…. tempting with Cardamon, cumin seeds and grated ginger. Added boiled potatoes, peas, chopped greenchilli & turmeric powder. Stirring it & frying it for few minutes.
- Now let them cool…then added penuts & dry spices. Make a lil bit tight dough with all dough ingredients. Roll it as like my picture…cut it from middle.
- Shape it like kone…. poured the mixture and sealed it. Fried them into deep frying oil.
- At the end served them with Green Chutney
