  1. In a blender add betal leaves, Cardamom and cloves.grind them well.
  2. Now in a pan add water and sugar boil it for five minutes.then add betal leaves mixture.and stir well.cook it for five minutes at medium flame.
  3. Now add gulkand and stir well.again cook it for 5-7 minutes at medium flame.
  4. Now cool it.strain with strainer.sharbat is ready.you can store it in to the freeze.serving:-In a glass add ice.
  5. Now add 3 tsp of betal sharbat.mix well.garnish with betal leaves and serve chilled.
