- Wash rice and soak it in water for 10 min drain and keeps aside untill needed
- Heat ghee and or oil together in a pressure cooker on low flame add cinnamon,bay leaves if have caradomn, jeera garlic ginger paste,and all veggies and saute it 30 sec add tomatoes and all the masalas stir fry them apporox 2 min.
- Add drained rice fry them all well add garam masala salt fresh coriander add 1 cup basmati f water and mix well close the lid and cook over medium heat for 2 whistle. Sahi cabbage pulao is ready to serve..😌😌😋
