- Now take a pot and add ghee or oil fry curry leaves then add onions and fry it until it become light brown color then add Ginger Garlic Paste, stir it and then add yoghurt
- Chicken, potatoes,green Chilli (cut it from center) add Bay Leaf, Black Pepper, Salt add pulao masala and add half glass water and cover with lid and cook for 20 minutes..
- After that remove lid and add rice and salt for rice stir it and cook it for 7-8 minutes on high flame
- After that cover it with lid and cook it for 15 minutes on very low flame. White Chicken Pulao is Ready.
