- Soak and wash sama rice 5 min. Heat oil in a pan,
- Add jeera, sprinkle jeera, add chilli add pepper, add green chilli paste, add potatoes fry 2 or 3 min add soaked rice. Add water salt. Cook 20 min.
- Stir and chk. Cook till water is absorbed and rice almost cook. Decorated with roasted peanut and coriander leavs.
- Serve hot with raita and salad
