  1. Take a oil in Kadai fry cauliflower and potatoes till golden brown
  2. Now take a cooker add whole khada masala allow them to splatter and add onion let them translucent then add ginger garlic paste then add peas and carrot fry for 5 mins now add rice stir it very lightly now add turmeric and red chilli powder.
  3. Now add turmeric and red chilli powder now add fry veggies and add water and just give 3 whistle and your pualo is ready to eat serve it with chutney and papads.
