- Heat up a large pan i use a wok melt the butter and add the onions fry until opaque in colour
- Add the chicken and fry until coloured
- Add the cumin,corriander,Garam masala,paprika,chilli powder,…have the boiling chicken stock ready

- Add the apple sauce
- Add the sundried tomatoes
- Add the Spinach (i used frozen fresh would be better)
- Add the lemon juice
- Add the medium curry powder and mix in a little water
- Make your Rice i used Basmatti.j
- Add the chutney and stir in cook for 15 minutes simmering.
- Add the yogurt and stir in whisk it in simmer again for 10 minutes
- When its finished simmering add the Cornflour in cold water thicken to how you like it. And srve on a bed of Rice
