Marinate chicken cubes or pieces in above for 3-4 hours then barbeque or grill it. - - Gravy: - Blend tomato puree, yogurt, colour, spices, cashewnuts and 2 tbsp cream into a smooth paste. - Braise onion in 4 tbsps butter till golden brown add the blended paste cook on low flame till nice aroma arises if it dries add little water. - Add chicken cubes and cook for 15mins. Remove from flame. - While serving garnish with coriander leaves and put a tbsp of cream (i prefer cream than butter)
